Patronal y sindicatos inician en junio la negociación del II Acuerdo Marco

El presidente de la Confederación Española de Transporte de Mercancías (CETM), Marcos Montero, informó, anteayer, a su Comité Ejecutivo del comienzo de las negociaciones con los sindicatos para la elaboración del II Acuerdo Marco del sector. La primera cita entre los representantes de la patronal, CETM, Astic y AECAF, y de los sindicatos mayoritarios, CC OO y UGT, se producirá el próximo 13 de junio.
La intención de confluir con los sindicatos en una nueva negociación colectiva, ya se había anunciado por parte de Marcos Montero en la Asamblea General de CETM del pasado mes, pero no ha sido hasta ahora cuando los actores implicados han puesto fecha y lugar al inicio de las conversaciones.
En primer encuentro que se realizará en el SIMA, Servicio Intercofederal de Mediación y Arbitraje, tendrá como objetivo acordar una estabilidad social y laboral en el sector para los próximos años. Y el establecimiento de una guía que enmarque la trasposición a la legislación española de la Directiva Europea de Tiempos de Trabajo.

En otro orden de cosas, la CETM también informó de la creación de un grupo de trabajo permanente que se encargará de analizar los problemas del conjunto del sector, este equipo de análisis estará formado por los trasnportistas, ANP- CETM, y por los fabricantes, representados por la Asociación Española de Fabricantes de Automóviles y Camiones (Anfac) y la Asociación Nacional de Importadores de Automóviles, Camiones y Autobuses (Aniacam).
La CETM organiza un curso sobre la normativa del tacógrafo digital - May 30, 2007
Un ejemplo de la solidaridad de los asociados de Trancont - May 30, 2007
La AETC advierte de la gran “avalancha normativa” que perjudica al sector - May 28, 2007
